RAD is selling the former central office of the Legion Commercial Bank. This is stated in the message of the auction house.
An auction for the sale of a single lot of 11 non-residential premises in a Class B business center in the Central Administrative District of Moscow near the Novoslobodskaya metro station is scheduled for May 26.
The total area of the premises is 5.5 thousand square meters, which is almost 50% of the area of the entire business center. The premises are located on all floors of the eight-storey office building.
The sale is carried out on behalf of the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) as part of the sale of bankrupt property.
The initial price is 1.89 billion rubles. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 21.
The Central Bank revoked the license for banking operations from Legion Bank in 2017 due to the fact that the creation of necessary reserves for possible losses on a number of subprime assets revealed the complete loss of the credit institution's own funds.
