JSC Russian Auction House and the AVA Group development holding have entered into an agreement of intent to sell the group's assets in Moscow and the Moscow Region. This is stated in the message of the auction house.
AVA Group's portfolio includes two residential and commercial real estate projects in the historical center of Moscow, two in residential areas of the capital, as well as a technopark project in Zelenograd and a cottage settlement in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow Region.
Four assets of the group are currently being prepared for sale in separate lots. Three of them will be put up for sale on the ETP RAD Lot-Online.ru in the form of shares in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of subsidiaries.
In particular, it is planned to put up for auction a seven-storey non-residential building with an area of and the right to lease a land plot in the Tagansky district of Moscow. The transaction will take place in the form of the sale of a share in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of Dom na Goncharnaya LLC.
It is also planned to sell a four-storey non-residential building with the right to lease land near the Taganskaya metro station. The sale will take place in the form of a share in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of LLC "Riviera Park".
In addition, 100% of the authorized capital of LLC Specialized Developer Electrolytny 7, the owner of a one—story non-residential building with the right to lease a plot of land near the Nagornaya metro station, is being put up for auction.
In addition, the project of the cottage village "Astretsovo" on the territory of two farms and farmlands is involved in the sale. The lot is located between the A-104 highway and the Apraksin Estate, 77 km from Moscow. The territory is owned by ZPIF Bogatyrsky.
