Residents of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ) increased the output of high-tech products 3.5 times from January to March compared to the same period in 2022. Production volumes amounted to 17.3 billion rubles. This was reported by the Moscow City Hall.
Representatives of the medical cluster have released equipment, consumables, products and medicines worth 9.2 billion rubles. The volume of production increased 5.6 times. Also, over 30 residents of the SEZ in the first quarter produced high-tech products worth 4.3 billion rubles, which is almost 2 times higher than in 2022.
Enterprises apply new technologies, purchase equipment and conduct developments. This allows you to optimize the production of your own software products.
Gennady Degtev, General Director of Technopolis Moscow SEZ, noted that the volume of products produced by software and communication equipment manufacturers for 3 months amounted to 2.7 billion rubles. The demand for Russian software and other IT products has grown more than 4 times.
Technopolis Moscow SEZ is a territory with a special legal status, where there is a preferential business regime for investors. The area of five sites ("Printers", "Alabushevo", "Micron", MIET, "Angstrom"), where high-tech enterprises of the SEZ are located, exceeds 260 hectares.
