Lev Shlyapin, the bankruptcy trustee of Nezoral Limited and Merissania Holding Limited, has signed a purchase and sale agreement for 11 buildings of the Bolshevik business center on Leningradsky Prospekt owned by them with Sberbank: the latter is the main creditor of these companies. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.

The financial institution will pay 3.99 billion rubles for these assets. A representative of Sberbank confirmed to the newspaper that he had decided to keep the collateral for himself. According to him, the first and repeated auctions for the sale of this property as part of the bankruptcy procedure of debtors did not take place, so the bank reviewed the debt settlement strategy.

"Bolshevik" with a total area of 86 thousand square meters occupies the buildings of the former confectionery factory of the same name. This asset was part of the portfolio of the investment company O1 Properties, created by businessman Boris Mints. In 2018, she transferred 50.01% in this facility to the company Cesium. Its owners were not disclosed, but market participants linked this company with B. Mints. By this time, O1 Properties itself had changed ownership: Cyprus Riverstretch Trading & Investments became its controlling shareholder (its main beneficiary is Pavel Vashchenko, a former co—owner of one of the Region Group companies). At the same time, the "Bolshevik", as the consultants assured, still remained under the control of B. Mints. In particular, the Museum of Russian Impressionism, which he created, is still located there. Later, the complex was transferred to Riverstretch Trading & Investments, sources close to the parties to the deal said.

Nezoral and Merissania owned 36,000 square meters in Bolshevik. Now this property has been transferred to Sberbank. The latter has already put these assets up for auction, applications will be accepted from December 17 to December 19.
