The Volga branch of JSC "RAD" has put up for sale Sberbank offices in Penza and Orenburg. This was announced by the RADA.
The first lot is a pool of office space and a 46/100 share in the ownership of the land plot. The premises occupy about half the area of the modern business center, which houses the head office of Sberbank in Penza. The initial price is 205.8 million rubles. The auction will be held on June 26, 2025.
The second lot is a room on the ground floor of an elegant building on Tereshkova Street in Orenburg. The initial price is 26.4 million rubles. The auction is scheduled for June 23, 2025.
