Senzio, a member of the Level Group, became the owner of Sarinsky, which owns an administrative building on 1.06 thousand square meters on Krutitskaya Embankment in the center of Moscow. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.
The deal was closed on December 11. The seller of the object was businessman Alexey Filatkin, known as the co-owner of several projects of the developer Grad.
The building on Krutitskaya embankment was built in 1999. It is now used as an office complex.
Level Group was founded in 2016 by Rusagro co-owner Vadim Moshkovich and Kirill Ignakhin.
