Sminex has sold another project of the developer Ingrad. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.
A sports construction company affiliated with Sibpromstroy Group of Companies (SSK) has become the owner of Simonovskaya Collection, which is the developer of the premium residential complex Foriver Residence on Simonovskaya Embankment in the Danilovsky district of the capital. The deal was closed on June 24. Alexey Tulupov, President of Sminex, explained to Vedomosti that the asset does not fit into the developer's development strategy — the company's priority is chamber elite projects in the historical center of Moscow.
The Forever Residence is being built on a 1.3-hectare plot near Avtozavodskaya metro station. The total area of the project is 22.55 thousand square meters, of which 10 thousand square meters are housing.
Sminex was established in 2007. In 2022, Sminex acquired Inteco. In 2024, Sminex closed the acquisition of Ingrad from Rossium Concern, and later began selling its assets.
