Lama LLC has 5.8 hectares on its balance sheet in the village of Zhilino-1 in the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow region, as indicated in the database.
Lingonberry clarified to Kommersant that the total area of the acquired asset is almost 8 hectares, where the construction of two residential buildings for 1.96 thousand apartments with a total living area of 86 thousand square meters was agreed. m. For the "Airplane", where Kommersant also confirmed the deal, the main part of the project for 339 thousand square meters of housing remained, of which 83.6 thousand square meters have already been built.
