The Russian government has approved a set of support measures for businesses affected by drone attacks on Ozon facilities (Internet Solutions LLC). The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to the Cabinet's website.
It provides for postponement of payment dates for a number of taxes and insurance premiums, as well as a moratorium on inspections of affected business entities.
Previously, similar support measures were approved for Wildberries sellers (RVB Group), whose business was affected by UAV strikes on logistics complexes.
In particular, affected sellers are entitled to a 12-month deferral in the payment of key taxes, including VAT, income tax, USN, NPD and personal income tax for sole proprietors, as well as insurance premiums and advance payments.
Repayment of the debt will take place during the year in equal installments, starting from the next month after the due date of payments.
A moratorium on on-site tax audits and insurance premium audits is being introduced for affected sellers until the end of this year. The deadlines for submitting claims for debt payment and debt collection are extended by six months.
The support measures apply to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who have a valid agreement with Internet Solutions LLC. At the same time, at least one of two conditions must be met: the company was registered after December 2025, or the amount of damage caused exceeds 5% of annual revenue.
The calculation may take into account the cumulative damage caused as a result of attacks on facilities of the RVB and Internet Solutions groups.
