The company created by the Founder and owner of Azimut Hotels has sold another asset. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.
Deguninskaya 5A, a specialized developer included in Upside Development, received the rights to a 0.84-hectare plot on Leningradsky Prospekt, 37/3 ownership. The deal was closed on January 15, 2026. The Aviator business center with an area of 10 thousand square meters, owned by the KR Plus company (created by the owner of Azimut Hotels, Alexander Klyachin, and the Sberbank structure), is now located on the site itself. This asset also became part of the transaction with Upside Development.
