The number of violations of antimonopoly legislation in the provision of subsidies to agricultural producers and processors is decreasing. This is reported on the website of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

Over the past 5 years, the FAS has issued 52 warnings to regional executive authorities, which have been fully implemented.

While in 2021, 24 regional regulatory legal acts identified provisions restricting competition, in 2025 there were 3 such acts.
