The State Duma adopted in the first reading a draft amendment to the law "On the development of small and medium-sized Enterprises in the Russian Federation." This is reported on the website of the lower house of parliament.
According to the draft law, it is possible to classify microenterprises as social enterprises (number of employees — up to 15 people, income — up to 120 million rubles) that provide employment for members of the same family, if at least 50% of employees or members of the organization belong to members of the same family.
A closed list of family members has been defined: spouses, their parents, children, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, as well as grandparents of each spouse, brothers and sisters of the parents of each spouse, adoptive parents and adopted children.
