Russian President Vladimir Putin simplified the rules for the supply of goods from the EAEU by the end of May 2026. The relevant decree of the head of state has been published on the legal information website.
Companies and individual entrepreneurs from the Russian Federation will have the right to supply products without immediate confirmation of the EAEU product status and labeling. It will be necessary to label the goods and confirm the origin of the cargo after crossing the border.
The decree does not apply to poisonous, narcotic, psychotropic and potent drugs, the turnover of which is limited in the Russian Federation.
