VEB.RF and Khabarovsk Territory have agreed to implement new projects worth 27 billion rubles. The cooperation agreement was signed by Sergey Abramov, First Deputy Chairman of the Khabarovsk Territory Government, and VEB's Deputy Chairman.Russian Federation Artem Dovlatov. This is stated in the message of VEB.RF.
Cooperation will be built in several strategic directions: integrated development of territories, including the creation of a modern urban environment, housing construction and renovation; development of critical infrastructure — transport, tourism, social, which is the foundation for any economic activity; implementation of major projects that will ensure the Khabarovsk Territory not only the growth of industrial production, but also new high-quality jobs, and serious tax revenue.
The following investment projects have been identified: the creation of social and tourism infrastructure with a total investment of at least 4 billion rubles within the framework of the investment project "Construction of the Khabarovsk City Financial and Business center"; the Khekhtsir sports and tourism complex, including the construction of hotel complexes, the creation of ski infrastructure with a total length of more than 9 km (total volume investments amount to at least 10 billion rubles); Peoples' Friendship Park on Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island, which includes the construction of a congress hall, exhibition halls, ethnic shops, cafes, restaurants, recreation areas (the total investment is about 4 billion rubles); development of the Holdomi mountain resort, including the construction of cable cars, hotels, a restaurant, a water and wellness complex, the installation of capsule houses, the total cost of which is about 9 billion rubles.
