X Holding, a developer and manufacturer of software and equipment, has completed the purchase of 100% of the Tomsk manufacturer of radio electronics and semiconductors, NPF Mikran. Alexey Shelobkov, the holding's CEO, told Vedomosti about this in an interview. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The Micran Research and Production company was established in 1991 by Viktor Gunther on the basis of the scientific laboratory of the Tomsk Institute of Automated Control Systems and Radio Electronics (TUSUR). The company's revenue for 2023 is 7.38 billion rubles.
