Construction of a new industrial complex has started in the Zhukovsky State Industrial Park near Moscow. The project is being implemented by StankoMashStroy, said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

"The capacity of the new machine tool complex will allow the annual production of 500-1000 pieces of equipment, providing the market with the most important import—substituting products - industrial machine tools. More than 700 new jobs will be created here. Annual tax revenues from activities may exceed 1.3 billion rubles," said Deputy Chairman Ekaterina Zinovieva.

The new company has launched the production of an extensive range of metalworking equipment: from modern CNC centers and sheet bending plants to metalworking presses, as well as lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and band saws.

The company will appear on the territory of the new ISU. This decision was made due to the developed transport infrastructure, well-established logistics, the availability of qualified personnel and the opportunity to build promising cooperation with other manufacturing enterprises located on the territory of the new ISU.

"The implementation of the new project is in line with the company's mission, which is to provide the Russian manufacturing industry with modern domestic machine tools and components. Thus, StankoMashStroy contributes to the formation of the country's technological sovereignty, not in words, but in deeds," said Oleg Kochetkov, General Director of the Russian machine tool plant.

The company has been operating in the market for two decades and has been consistently implementing an import substitution strategy since 2014. Today, the localization level of its equipment has reached almost 100%. Further development is directly related to the implementation of national priorities in the field of production and automation.
