On September 11, 2026, the Siberian Interregional Rosselkhoznadzor Department monitored the shipment of 21.7 tons of wheat flour produced in the Novokuznetsk Municipal District of the Kemerovo Region — Kuzbass and intended for further shipment by road to the Sakhalin Region. To ensure this supply, a quarantine certificate was issued to the agricultural producer.
During the inspection, a sample was selected, which was sent to the West Siberian branch of the FSBI "VNIIZH" for examination for the presence of quarantine facilities. As a result of the examination, no quarantine weeds or quarantine organisms were found.
Since the beginning of 2026, the total volume of wheat flour shipped from Kuzbass to other regions of Russia amounted to 8.3 thousand tons. In 2025, there were no such deliveries to other regions of Russia.
