At the Shcherbinsky Elevator-building plant (ShchLZ, part of the DOM group.RF) started selling spare parts (spare parts) directly from the manufacturer. The range of spare parts is formed from the products most in demand by the market, applications for orders are already received and processed by specialists.
The plant's assortment includes a wide range of spare parts, both large and important components, and consumables, components. Spare parts are available for order both under the current equipment warranty and in the post-warranty period.
"Launching direct sales of spare parts is a natural step for the company and a response to market demand. For SchLZ, this is an additional profit that will go to business development. Customers will also have the opportunity to purchase original components at the most favorable prices. In the future, we plan to introduce a system of discounts on spare parts for regular customers, to introduce repair services for equipment sold," said Valentin Chernobayev, General Director of SchLZ.
For the convenience of customers, SCHLZ has implemented the concept of a "single window" for requests for the purchase of spare parts. To do this, a section "Sale of spare parts" was created on the company's website, and the mail of the responsible department was added to the contacts of the plant. All requests received to this address are then processed in the Service Desk software environment. The system provides interaction between departments when processing a request and storing the order history in one place, and, most importantly, accelerates the receipt of goods.
As part of the development of the new direction, SchLZ has already increased the staff responsible for interaction with customers of spare parts. And in the near future it is planned to launch an online store, where the function of an electronic catalog with visualization will be implemented, which will simplify the search and selection of spare parts. By the end of the year, SchLZ will expand the line of components sold for third-party elevators.
