The Federal Tax Service has updated the document format to ensure electronic document flow with tax authorities.
The corresponding order dated 04/19/2023 No. ED-7-26/263@ is published on the Official Internet portal of legal Information.
The current format of the document required to ensure electronic document flow in relations regulated by the legislation on taxes and fees was approved by Order No. MMV-7-6/16@ dated 18.01.2017.
Now changes have been made to this format. The updated electronic format takes into account that documents can be submitted to the tax authority, including in PDF format. Previously, it was envisaged to present documents in the form of xml files and scanned images.
The changes will come into force on June 25, 2023.
