The Government of the Russian Federation has reduced the list of legal entities for organizing, on behalf of the owner, the sale of privatized state or municipal property and performing the functions of a seller of such property. The relevant decree of the Cabinet of Ministers has been published on the portal of legal acts.
Excluded from the list are: NGO Vnesheconombank Investment Company (VEB Capital), a structure of the VEB State Development Corporation.The Russian Federation, a large Russian investment company, JSC Direct Investment Agency and JSC Solid Investment and Financial Company, is the oldest financial house and a professional market participant.
