Bank DOM.RF has concluded 25 transactions in the Central Federal District in the amount of 342 billion rubles. These funds will be used to build housing projects with a total area of 2.5 million square meters, the bank said in a statement.
Today, the bank's portfolio in Central Russia already includes 211 projects with a total area of 30 million square meters. The bank has allocated 3.6 trillion rubles for the implementation of these projects.
Since the beginning of the year, the bank's Central Federal District portfolio has included four new residential development projects with an urban development potential of 800,000 square meters. Contracts totaling 137 billion rubles have been concluded in Moscow and the Moscow Region. Total with the support of Bank DOM.RF 32 residential development projects with an urban development potential of 7.7 million square meters are being implemented. The bank has allocated 1.1 trillion rubles to finance these projects.
