NOVATEK increased hydrocarbon production by 0.8% in 9 months

In the first 9 months of 2025, NOVATEK increased hydrocarbon production by 0.8% to 498.1 million boe compared to a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.

The company produced 62.66 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 10.44 million tons of liquid hydrocarbons.

The total volume of natural gas sales, including LNG, decreased by 0.6% and amounted to 55.8 billion cubic meters.

The volume of deethanized gas condensate processing increased by 2.5% and amounted to 10 million tons. 5.8 million tons of stable gas condensate were processed, and the volume of processing increased by 13.5%.

The total volume of liquid hydrocarbons sales increased by 12.3% and amounted to 13.7 million tons.

As of September 30, 2025, 2.1 billion cubic meters of gas, including LNG, as well as 1.2 million tons of stable gas condensate and its processed products were recorded as "finished product residues" and "goods in transit" in reserves.

PJSC NOVATEK is an independent producer of natural gas in Russia. Established in 1994, the company is engaged in the exploration, production, processing and sale of gas and liquid hydrocarbons. NOVATEK's fields and licensed areas are located primarily in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The normalized profit attributable to the shareholders of PJSC NOVATEK, excluding the effect of exchange differences, amounted to 553.4 billion rubles in 2024, which is 4.6% higher than in 2023. Revenue from sales and normalized EBITDA, including the share of joint ventures in EBITDA, amounted to 1.546 trillion rubles and 1.008 trillion rubles, respectively, an increase of 12.7% and 13.2%.

NOVATEK's net profit under IFRS attributable to shareholders decreased by 34% to 225.7 billion rubles in the first half of 2025. Net profit excluding the effect of exchange differences decreased by 16.9% to RUB 237 billion. Revenue increased by 6.9% to 804 billion rubles. Normalized EBITDA amounted to 471.8 billion rubles, which is 1.8% less than in the same period of 2024.
