Rostelecom demonstrated digital solutions for corporate and industrial medicine developed by Rostelecom Health cluster companies at the XI All-Russian Occupational Safety Week (VNOT-2026).
One of the key solutions presented at the Rostelecom Health stand is the Health corporate platform. It allows the employer to proactively analyze the health status of the workforce and plan measures to preserve it: from prevention and medical examinations to targeted programs for employees at risk.
Rostelecom's decision is based on the results of scientific research in the field of occupational medicine conducted jointly with the leading expertise centers of the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health of Russia. The solution is particularly in demand in large industrial enterprises, where the health of personnel directly affects the safety and continuity of production processes.
According to Rostelecom, using the Health platform can reduce employee morbidity and injury by 20%, reduce staff turnover by 18%, and increase labor productivity by 23%. In addition, by reducing one day of disability, an enterprise with a staff of 1,000 people can save up to 2.5 million rubles per year.
Rostelecom also introduced the Start service for remote pre-trip and pre-shift medical examinations, developed by RTK-MedOperator (part of the Rostelecom Health cluster). The service allows you to conduct inspections of drivers and workers of hazardous industries remotely: an employee undergoes the procedure using a certified domestic hardware and software complex, and a medical professional evaluates the results remotely and decides on admission to work.

The solutions of the Rostelecom Zdorovye cluster are registered in the register of domestic software of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, in addition, the Zdorovye platform is included by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in the list of other information systems connected to the EGISZ.
