The agricultural enterprise is located in the Shatura district. The area is 1.6 thousand hectares. The property has 8 yards for cattle (tethered and untethered), a dairy plant with a capacity of 25 tons of processing, a feed mill, garages, workshops, a dormitory, apartments for employees, an administrative building, a gas station, a fleet of equipment, a trademark. The dairy plant and farms have been mothballed.
The products of the farm and the factory were marketed under the brand "This Summer" (LLC "Organic Product"). The conservation of the dairy plant and the closure of the Spartak Ecological Farm took place in June 2024. The legal entity has been in liquidation since July 17, 2026. Over the last full year of operation, the farm's revenues amounted to 63.1 million rubles, expenses — 179.6 million rubles. The loss amounted to 116.5 million rubles.
LLC Corporation Organic, which owns LLC Ecological Economy Spartak, is also in the process of liquidation. The ORGANIC Corporation also includes Lidino LLC, which is also in the process of liquidation.
